Does anyone have traction bars installed on a non lifted Raptor? I recently put FI on my truck and need to get wheel hop under control. Can't find but one picture of traction bars on a non lifted Raptor. Please and thanks!

Let me know if you're interested in purchasing. Our kit sits well above the rear lower shock mounts.

The issue with traction bars is how they are mounted and their affect on the suspension itself.

"When your suspension cycles, the axle moves more than just up and down. To compensate for this movement the traction bar will need to attach to a floating shackle. Hard-mounting the bar at both the frame and axle end can cause binding and damage the suspension."

The Rogue version do not limit any travel or movement. They are very nice and not the run of the mill traction bars. They are found on the Shelby Raptors, and that convinced me they were legit.

First picture taken while standing. Second picture taken while sitting on the ground. These are the Rogue traction bars Jimbo referenced above. Great product. Only thing I'd do differently is have them coated in lineX. I'm in the northeast and the powder coating didn't hold up well this winter.

Thanks guys, the Rogue's look awesome. No doubt on the quality, just don't think I can swing 3k.

Dont want to get off topic, but that is a great looking truck!

I get it; they are definitely expensive but the other options just hang too low, in my opinion.

I'm not sure where you're located but I know SDHQ has built a couple sets of proper off-road truck traction bars for Raptors. I don't think they will sell them as a kit, though.

You can do a search on here (or google) to see the other off the shelf options. There's a lot of other Raptors with the stifflers and caltrac bars.

Dont want to get off topic, but that is a great looking truck!

Thank you, sir.

I might go with the Stiffler's for now... Atleast I can take the damn things off when I don't need them.

Thanks for the input guys. Would love those Rogue's. Just gotta answer to the boss when it comes to that much... .

Tell her how much it is for a new rear axle, you're just trying to prevent damage.
