Just threw these on today. Took about an hour. They replace the part that juts out from the stock rear suspension block if you have a progressive leaf pack so the jounce bumper doesn't bottom out.

Remove the U-Bolts from the leaf spring.

The mounts are marked "Driver" and "Passenger" because each has a slight rake in opposing directions.

Put on accordingly after removing the stock shim that holds the U-bolts in place.

The SDHQ piece fits right over the 2 bolts holding the leaf pack together.

Replace the U-bolts on the leaf springs. Don't tighten all the way at once. Try to tighten equally between all 4 nuts so you don't end up crooked. I used red Loctite, not sure it's necessary, but I like it.

Then put the supplied U-bolt up from the underside around the axle into the bump stop mount and screw on the nuts.

Also... for ***** and giggles, anyone with stock suspension have a measurement from their jounce bumper to the ear on the suspension block? Mine is now at about 6-6 1/4" of up-travel. (Sorry, not very good pic here)

Also... before anyone says anything, I shot some Rustoleum on my springs and diff cover today too. Missouri salt is a killer.

Yeah, no problems at all. Thanks for throwing in the extra stickers and the Mint 400 DVD also. Awesome documentary.
