Hey guys
Due to a popular demand we decided to go on and create covers for the fog kit. It would house the fog light kit and only thing you would see is three lenses from the front of the car that are staggered to flow with the rest of the bumper.
This thread will provide information while we are creating the product. All suggestions and drawing ideas would be awesome so that we can create another Raptor hit.
Picked up a front bumper and installed some fog lights
Got the mold out of the fog kit. Time to go to work
Here you go ladies and gentlemen. The shrouds are complete and are going to be in our website for sale tomorrow 7/28/2014. I know you folks love pictures so here are some updates from our R&D today
Here is how the updated front end looks like with the shrouds installed. We worked very hard to make it flow with the contours of the bumper and solidifies the front end.
A view of the kit with and without shrouds
Here is the picture of the shroud with the mounting bracket
Here is the picture to show how the shroud contour
Here is a picture of the bracket being installed to hold the shroud.
Here is the behind the bumper view of the kit installed
Here is a picture of the spacer used to recess the existing lights behind the shroud.
Another picture of the shroud
Looks so nice getting on the road
Night test shots
We are going to offer the shroud kits in two different options, painted and unpainted. Unpainted kits will go for $210 and the professionally painted ones to color match the bumper color for $250.
The painted shroud in the picture were done with a color matched rattle-can but the final product will be done through a professional auto body shop
For those who choose to use the can yourself this is what we used for development and testing purposes...with prep color match can be great.
Here are a few more pictures of both sides installed
