I just use the KC 26 Series ambers and they work great. Bright, but not blinding.

Been there done that using a Rigid Dually Amber light which is bolted to a hitch tube that is slid into the Raptor's receiver and locked in place:

Here's the setup showing temporary wire connections.

The nice thing about this is (1) the light is bright enough to be easily seen while it's low enough to be seen below the dust clouds and (2) the connection is made using the trailer light plug since I won't use this while pulling a trailer :D it works really well and can be easily removed.

Here is my final solution.

Built a bracket out of 1/8 aluminum angle, and got a Hella Amber Fog.



And mounted it on the front of the bed with self tappers.
