I have seen other posts about the MPT Tune turning off the auto start/stop feature, (which I will do) but I have not seen anyone ask about 37s. Can the NGauge tuner also correct my speedometer/odometer readings to accommodate larger tires?

Yes you can do it in the tune or if you update your NGuage to the latest firmware you can do it in the NGauge

Just to clarify, you are saying I can make additional changes with the NGauge that will not interfere with the MPT tuning?

I have my MPT NGauge and 37s installed on my truck. I was able to change the tire size using the instructions in the video above.

However, the measurement of the tire does not match the Toyo website by more than a half inch. (Website says 36.8, I measure 36.25) Their measurement is on a 10" rim and I am using an 8.5" rim, so I thought my tire diameter would be larger, not smaller.

How exact does the setting have to be configured for an accurate MPH reading? For now, I have it set slightly larger than the measured height.

The spec diameter is measured unloaded. The actual effective diameter is measured when the tire is loaded (on the truck) and at the running air pressure. The loaded diameter is somewhat shorter than unloaded.

Ok, that makes sense. It was set to 34.6 from the factory, so at least I am within two tenths of an inch now.

MPT told me today it can, but they were having some type of software issue, and can update it next week. I just drove mine home for the first time. What an amazing difference the perf mods make. Night and day.

I was able to adjust the size of the tires myself using the NGauge without getting MPT involved. Check out the video on the first page of posts for the instructions.
