2013 raptor with jdm sct x3 tune

well Im a little concerned. I installed a custom tune about a month or so ago. i also added air aid cai and ford dual catback exhaust. It seemed ok but nothing special after everything was installed. there was a big delay from start or when ever you mash the throttle. i contacted jdm and he said that it shouldnt happen and possibly wasnt loaded properly.

so here is now why im freaking out. we left it off i would return truck to stock and start over.

i tried to return to stock using sct controller. it tells me vehicle not recognized.

i tried a few times with the same results. after backimng out of menu and car resetting itself a few times i decided to try to reload tune as maybe it never took.

it comes up with force download or quit menu. chose the force download option, but the proved fruitless stating no changes to file have been made and it kicks me back out, also while restting system.

freaking out, i gave up. i took it for a drive to make sure it works. it does but the delay on throttle mash obviously is still there.

the intial upload of the program back a few months seemed to go fine. it said it saved stock settings.

Not sure what to do. do i go to ford and have them reflash computer? do i try to recover stock settings from handheld?

i obviously dont want to harm truck, and im not sure if something is off or just never took.

last thing i want to do is alarm ford to a possible self induced issue.

ok.....after i calmed down and tried again, i was able to upload my stock files and return ecu to stock. oh boy ami now super gun shy on ******* with that again.
