Got my JBA exhaust installed yesterday, I had been looking for a sidesweep exhaust for awhile, finally found this one, ordered it and then saw SSW came out with one, and MBRP posted on their thread that now they might develope one! They, MBRP, had said previously there were too many issues. Anyway I am happy with what I got. This system comes with the tips already welded on, beautiful welds, but I had actually wanted to adjust the angle a bit. It is nice they went the extra yard though and welded the tips on, just wish it was at the precise angle I had in mind! oh well, I can always cut them off and redo them later if its that big an issue. Pics below and I will try and get a soundclip, but the wind is so bad around here the clips keep coming out horrible. There is some drone, but it doesn't really bother me. Shouldn't much lose of clearance either.

Interesting! I just got the same setup today and was looking at where I need to cut the stock pipe off at.
Looks like 6" behind the joint which will eliminate the resonator - sound right?
Oh yeah, new Guy - jut got an 11 SCREW in silver.
Spent 4 years building my 02 Harley truck and now the mods begin on the Raptor!!
Thanks, Jack

Definitely a wives tale. Or, maybe the additional carbon will make the tire wear longer?
Seriously, I've used that type of exhaust on many many vehicles for years (because I'm old)
Everything appears to be quality and installation simple. I've heard sound clips but can't remember where I found them.
Let you know when I get mine on Saturday.

I had a shop install it. I travel for projects and was away from home, so I wasn't going to mess with it on the gravel driveway I had at the time. Sorry I couldn't be any help.

Installed mine last weekend - pretty straightforward install.
Love the side exit Lightning style. Idle is aggressive, sound not too loud.
No drone so far, but haven't driven on highway yet.
Appears to be well made, however stainless muffler could be a little thicker steel.
Price was right, paid $330 after discount.

Where'd you get it for $330?
