Programming Channels Into Your 2 Way Radio

I've got an ICOM IC-F5021 that I bought for the 2012 TRR. Every time I go on a run, everyone wants to use TRR1 or TRR2 or some SnoBall channel. I'm always the downer who says how about Weatherman or BFG or some other pre-programmed channel that came with my radio.

1) What are all the frequencies we use on Raptor Runs?
2) What is the best way to program them into your radio?
3) Who knows how to do this?

You need the software and the cable for the icom.

The frequencies are posted in the snoball thread and I believe the TRR thread and a few others.

Snobal are just murs channels.

If you want to ship it to me I can program it for you. Same with trey (not to volunteer him)
