Can somebody post a picture of how they installed the bracket that holds the front lines? The "L" bracket SDHQ includes doesn't resemble the one I took off. And how did you incorporate the little "U" clamps that they include?

Thanks.

I believe the L bracket is for the rear lines. Atleast that's the way I installed mine. Here is how I routed my brake lines on the front and rear of my truck. As for the little U clamp (Adel Clamps), I used those on the front to hold the line to the knuckle.
The SDHQ lines are nice and I haven't have any issues with the way I have them routed.

For anyone doing this, my best advice to make this go smoothly is drop the spare. I was covered in brake fluid before I relented and dropped that bitch. Much easier.

sorry if this is a dumb question as I haven't done this yet. Why the need to drop the spare? It looks like it shouldn't interfere with much in order to connect the SS lines to the hard formed line intersection?

The kit not only comes with the 4 lines to replace the little foot and a half pieces of rubber line at each caliper but also the two rubber lines that go from the rear axle up to the inside of the frame. Those are the ones that you need to drop te spare for.
