They likely loaded the dyno up, or ran in a taller gear.

I lower torque slightly as well, and keep it flatter. It’s safer in the long run

Suppose I did the injectors or fuel pump work so I can run e85 full time and I had to fill with 91 or 93 at some point…? Is it just a reflash to a different tune until e85 is available again?

The injectors are what you want for Gen 3. You can just reflash, yep! Super easy.

Hi Winfield .. was watching your "2021 Gen 3 Raptor Stage 2 ..." video and at the end, you showed stats for Stage 1, 91Oct vs Stage 2, 91Oct. I guess somewhere buried in 92 pages of posts there might be the actual dyno charts comparing these two but wondering if you could post them (again)?

I know there is essentially no gain from the FMIC in terms of HP or torque so wondering if the HP or Torque curve changes much with the FMIC ...

I've since found more power on Stage 2, with downpipes:

Boost was incorrect on the plot, it's only making 21psi.

It has SPD downpipes too, which add 20hp.
