Thanks for the info, I was at work basically searching for anything related and was going to give it a go. You saved me some time. 4D tech is where it's at I guess. They said back in stock in a few weeks.
Pushing that button isn't so bad, that's what I'm going to keep telling myself I til then.
@RaptorFun I did the edits for temperature on gauges and mine worked for both Trans and Coolant. It did not however work for the Oil Temp, are you sure you are looking at the trans temp and not the oil? This got me initially.
I also had same experience as you for everything else. Waiting on 4D...
In case anybody has a similar problem, the forward dash piece come up quite easily with a trim tool.
The area to the right that was popped up was a misaligned plastic clip, I was able to reach in with a 90 degree pic and pull that back into alignment so the dash sits flush now.
The rattle...
I was SFO at the beginning of course, then went to LAX when it opened. Based there still, was in the last class to come over from the bus to the 737. Just got consolidated in the 73 yesterday actually. Just waiting for the HI merger so I can go back to an Airbus.
I have a 2024 and am getting a rattle just aft of the hud opening. If I stick a microfiber towel in there it gets better but not completely gone. It also looks like a portion of the forward dash plastic is misaligned. See pics. The area where the yellow towel is is where the rattle is, to the...
Has anybody messed with the ICM on 2024 to get the RPM digital readout back in the center of the tach? Since the current gear stays on right below its redundant for me to have it there. I believe I see the values to change but thought I would check if anybody has already tried it.
Just got my 2024 and was wondering if anybody could link me or tell me how to get the RPM's back in the center of the tach? Right now it's shows the current gear which is redundant for me most of the time as that I do is also right below next to the shifter position indicator.
I swear when I...
I tow a 27 foot (hitch to bumper), 5500lb travel trailer with mine, towed it with my 17 and my 19 also. I would say the 21 is a better tow experience but it still sags pretty bad without the Equalizing hitch, I use the R6 with 1200lb bars and they keep it almost level. I'd say it isn't optimal...
Just wondering if anybody has found this kit in stock anywhere? I found it once somewhere and the part number was ML3Z-1A189-E. I can get one of these kits but wanted to doublecheck as if I buy it I won't be able to return it as it is coming from a wholesaler. Seems this part number crosses to...
I followed @RotorOver advice. The bottom of the console drills quite easily, you'd really have to be leaning into the drill to hurt anything. Drilling through the floor is possible there but wouldn't be any more secure as there is a decent 1 inch gap between the floor and the console. If you...
I use Android Auto. I turned it off and no change. I did notice I no longer get the myview rest if I don't have "my gauges" in the list.
My gauges resets every time, so I stead of having it in my view I was accessing it through the normal menu. I think that was ******** up the my view.
I also...
