So I ordered the smoked LED Taillights and got them installed on Friday. Here in NC we had a bunch of rain and the drivers side taillight had a lot of moisture build up. So I called Go Recon today and the guy in customer service told me to take them off and dry them out and try to figure out where the water was coming in. Then he a said after that apply clear silicone around the lights and that should solve the problem. I said well cant you just send me another one and I will ship them back I have only had them for two days, no should let them dry and try to put clear silicone on them. I said well I just purchased these and I should not have to be working on them. He then said send the pictures to warranty and they would take a look and see what they could do.

So I got the camera and took them completely out and the light dumped about a cup of water out of it so I called back. I figure I would try tech support and told them the problem. Well the same guy that answered the customer service line earlier answered the tech line but I went through it again and told him what was happening. Well to my surprise he said didn't I just talk to you earlier and I said I guess. HIS words Jesus Christ I told you to put silicone on them and dry them out... I said that is going to take days and he seem to get more frustrated with me. So he said did you send in the warranty photos? Not yet you didnt give the email address earlier before you ended the call. He did give me the email address finally then I said you know what can I just send them back and get my money back. Then he stated Jesus Christ just send the photos and hung up....
I do not like to deal with companies that act like this. Anyone else had any problems with GoRecon?
