Ok, As promised, I got the info on the mud flaps today. Camera phones sure are slick! Here you go:
As for drilling and install, they have self-tappers and I just made sure the vehicle was level (using my level) and just lined them up and made sure the flaps were level & plumb. I may replace the screws down the road with something more beefy, but I should be ok for at least one Winter...
