Welp, it's time for some more videos.

My buddy hadn't been out in the Raptor before today, and he suggested El Mirage for some high-speed stuff. This video is his first reaction to the Raptor's suspension. We're going 50 - 65 mph through 1 to 2 ft whoops.

(I recommend watching in 1080p)

This was the last run of the day. We had just said that we wanted to make one last big run, and this was it. The first set of whoops bounced us a little harder than desired, and I slowed down heading into the bigger set. The truck bucked pretty good, and the rear tires were a couple feet in the air at one point. I try not to shake the truck this hard very often, but fun indeed...

:w00t: What part of El Mirage?

We ran about half a mile into the Dry Lake Bed from the east side. Then we saw this road heading north, so we took it. I turned the camera on right after we got on the road. It's a blast!

I ride motorcycles there a lot, and I know exactly where you are in the 2nd vid! Lakebed RD mile marker 2-3 about?

Good vids. Thanks for sharing Rob.

Your buddy's nervous laugh (and expletives) are sounds I'm sure many of us are familiar with hearing from our passengers.

Dude!!! you need a set of Deavers on there ;)

I was thinking the exact same thing. The only reservation I have is regarding towing capacity. Have you tried to haul anything since you put yours on?

And here's the final vid from our run. Driving back out to the dry lake. We ended up finding the right speed to go through the different bumps. This drive looks a lot smoother, but we're going over many of the same whoops as in the first video. The video closes with a nice top speed run on the lake bed.
