So you have the 2 you normally have and you get a extra one. My installer just ran the extra USB into the media bay using a grommet putting a hole in the back side. They also ran the sim card. I think in the install videos they say run to your glove box.Maybe I am mistaken. I think maybe if you want to do the initial setup you need the original Ford radio? Like if sold the truck they next person would have to install the old Ford radio? The only draw back is it like half the screen like watching a video on your phone holding it vertical and not horizontal. It is centered in the middle.
