Nice setup where did you get your Go Fast Camper from as they currently have a one year waitlist?

How do you like the camper? I’ve been looking at that or the Habitat but I don’t think either will fit in my garage..

I’m going to step out on a limb here and say - I’ll bet you’re not known for doing things half-a$$ed are you?

That looks well executed.

My friend had a GFC on his Tacoma. He put a deposit down when they had a 6 week wait list. After using it a year, he sold it for $1500 more than he paid and bought an Alucab Canopy Camper.

I’m debating on making a move but love the handling and how quiet the Raptor is on the freeway. Were either of these negatively impacted... noticeably? This is the first vehicle I’ve owned that my girlfriend didn’t squirm in discomfort after a couple hours into our drive. I’d prefer to keep it that way.

We took a weekend trip to Red River Gorge in Kentucky last weekend. Rooftop tents were everywhere.

I lost 1 mpg and absolutely NO impact to ride quality or noise levels.

The Raptor is the nicest on-road riding vehicle I have owned (40+). No negative impact from GFC and bed load. I readjusted my seat tilt fractionally is all.

btw, the front bumper & winch had no impact on ride quality either.

the rear bumper changes actually lightened the rear axel from stock. The stock bumper, drop hitch, and exhaust changed netted significant weight savings. Spare relo moved that weight from fully behind to slightly forward the rear axel.
