Finally found the time to install the SDHQ Frame Reinforcement Kit this evening. There are a couple threads on how to do that so just follow those if there are any questions. Fairly simple overall. It does help to get the long "piece" pushed up against the outer frame rail once inside. Piece a cake then to attach the bolts. Easy 45-60 minute job even for me.

Next up ICON Mid Flaps

I also have the shock protectors that I got when I bought the ICON Mid Flaps "package" deal. The shocks have that plastic protector that runs much of that length. Is it worth it to take that off to protect only the lower part? I don't think it will fit over the plastic shock protector.

I've had it a week and drove it 20 miles! Wait 3 1/2 months and then still can't drive it...LOL!

You are not wasting any time building up your raptor! I may have to trek over and take a gander one day

It would be nice to get some Wyo Raptors together this summer! So many great areas to explore. I'd like to do a low key get together in September in the Red Desert and hit the Killpecker Dunes.

Got the shock protectors installed this evening. And yes, they do fit over the plastic ones, you just have to start higher up and slide them down. Went to install the ICON mid flaps but need a 15mm deep socket which I can't seem to find. Will try again tomorrow. Got over half a foot of snow overnight and this morning.
