just letting everyone know that wyoming trail days is live. we are hosting our annual event just outside lander wyoming for some offroad fun august 7-9th. this is a great family event and lots of fun for all. we do have a little different setup this year for registration. thanks to @Rick@FreedomMotorsports who is helping relieve event fees by being a sponsor byaccepting the role of providing event tshirts for everyone who attends. the itenerary includes

friday 12:30pm leave camp for our friday loop where we travel offroad couple hours to get to atlantic city where we will tour the restored mine. for those that have seenthe mine already, we have a short loop offroad where some of our support staff will break away and lead you on a quick run out and back. after the mine tour we find ourselves on more dirt back to camp where we will (and i call ******** on this though) rest and get ready for our big saturday run.

saturday is a big day. we leave at 9am where its 5 hours of dirt to the kilpecker sand dunes. the dunes are huge. so much to explore there. we will have a couple hours to play in the sand where we will eventually get back for another 40 min of dirt until we get to farson where we get giant scoops of ice cream. after that its about 1.5 hours on pavement to get back to camp. we usually arrive around 8pm back at camp. its a long day, but it it more fun than you will ever expect. if there isenough interest we will provide a short sunday loop, but i have noticed over the years most people are packing up and heading out. also we have an area where 2nd amendment tools are encouraged.

come on out and have fun with us. heres the event info

I was just looking at the run info, and I was pretty interested, but then I saw that the requirements mention that a VHF radio, GPS, and 2nd spare tire are all mandatory gear, and I have none of those...

its ok, i will let it slide this time. i have extra handhelds that i can let you borrow. you will be following and we call out all hazards so you will be well informed. not many hazards out there anyways. as far as he 2nd spare, its just a precaution. sign up. and let me know when you do.

I’m going to try and make this event. Sounds like a blast
you better be out there. if you dont make it, im gonna tp your house when i move to thornton in october. its only a blast if you like bouncing off your rev limiter or drifting at 80+mph, or playing in giant sand dunes. but i know adreneline and testosterone is missing from most men these days.......
