I'm driving a 2013 with stock HIDs. Never altered my lights in any way. So you're saying it's my fault people get blinded by my lights? I don't run with my LEDs or high beams. I turn my truck on and drive. It's my responsibility to drive within my limits and be mindful of other drivers and pedestrians. It's not my responsibility to not blind drivers with my stock HIDs
