Winch in my bed :)

has any one ever mounted a winch in the bed of their raptor? if so can you send pics?

I want to mount a motorcycle chock in the bed and use a winch to pull the bike into the bed.

I'm also curious, though I think putting a winch in truck bed will just compromise the space unless you are going to use the winch all the time.

There is actually a system that mounts along the front of the bed. I saw it in one of my off road magazines.

I also want to mount a winch in my bed to assist pulling dirt bike into bed. Cannot find any threads on this. Somebody has to have done this...

No one has done it because they all ride thier bike into the bed, time to sack up and ramp that bitch in..

If you are still looking for a solution i would contact Jimmy at WSI and talk to him about it. He released the Rack One system and you could prpbably mount a winch right to that, and tou can easily remove it of need be. How Rack:ONE Works - WSI FabricationWSI Fabrication

I did end up fabing a contraption that mounts on one of the bed bolts. I use it to pull my Motorcycle up into the bed of the Truck. It works for me and was cheap to make. I can post up pics if anyone wants to see it.

I will take a look at Rackne when I get home, can't view it from work.
