wtf is the 'blend' date anyway? makes sense that it would be 'blending' the chassis with the body but I've also heard that's when the truck starts rolling down the line.It currently sucks. It’s not tracking anything worth noting other than the Blend Date.
That's what it means, the day the chassis and body come together.wtf is the 'blend' date anyway? makes sense that it would be 'blending' the chassis with the body but I've also heard that's when the truck starts rolling down the line.
Agree to disagree, it's cool to see when the modules go live, means the systems are on and connected and loaded with AsBuild data.It currently sucks. It’s not tracking anything worth noting other than the Blend Date.
OK got it so mine got stamped 8/16/22 with a blend of today. Will check modules tomorrow and see if there's anything live. I didn't do anything beyond 801a so hopefully it's not going anywhere else except out the door! That's what it means, the day the chassis and body come together.
When the VIN is stamped on the Chassis is when the window sticker goes live, then it's "in-production" for a bit. The blend date is when those two meet, and then depending on accessories/options it may go to Body Company/Trim Lines, etc.
