Basically to not pay an ADM in CA you have to buy in the central USA (IL, MO, etc) and have it shipped back unless you have a dealer hookup. Gen 2 raptors had ADMs well into the second year of production even on the east coast and CA always had adms until maybe just before covid started.

There was a west coast guy on here that was ranting about ADMs yet in the end still bought a CA truck with a $5K adm....and it's like yeah dude that's why they keep charging them bc you people keep paying them...
