You have to keep it for at least 3 years.

Hard to answer given we know nothing about the 2014 SE. I have a 2013 on order. Assuming the 2014 is cosmetic I would pass. If the 2015 is improved technically I'll trade up. If it's not materially improved I'll spend the $ on upgrades to the 2013
