Hello All,

I’m getting ready to install the @swarfwork bedside antenna mount and was curious where you guys have passed wires from the exterior to inside the cabin? Ideally, I’d like to find an entrance at the rear of the truck, run the antenna wire along the floor/sill plates, and route up to the cubby box in front of the cup holders where I’ll sort out a mount for a Rugged Radios GMRS unit. Appreciate any input or ideas!

I have a GJ Motorsports break light with Antenna Mount. So my Antenna cable goes right through the break light housing into the cab. I routed it around and under the backseats then drilled a hole just big enough for the antenna connector to fit through the middle console. I mounted my rugged radio inside the console.

Not sure if that helps you but that's what I did

Passenger side rear door jamb there is a rubber grommet already in place. It's maybe a foot up where the body starts being shaped around the wheel well. If you take off the trim starting with the sill you'll find it real easy. Take your time with the C pillar trim as there's an airbag in there.
