does wheel offset affect rubbing at full lock or is it just tire diameter? I have 37's on methods with zero offset. They do not rub at full lock. I put a different wheel on with -12 offset and it rubs. Tire is also a 37 but it is a little bigger diameter. A true 37. Just wondering if it is the tire or wheel offset.

Wheel width and offset directly impact rubbing. The additional -12mm offset and possibly different width of the wheel will cause rubbing. The lower and eventually negative that offset goes, the further the wheel sticks out, thus the more chance for rubbing at steering wheel lock.

How do you like the 37" ridge grapplers? And how's the ride quality with the E load range?
I also have Method wheels with the exact same specs and I've been thinking about getting the 37x13.50r18 ridge grapplers because they are D load range. They would be an inch wider than your setup so not sure if they would rub or not. But I have about a 2" lift and after you saying you don't have any rubbing I'm a little more optimistic.

First I have heard of someone clearing 37's on a Gen2 with just a collar and doing nothing else.

Rides just fine and quiet too. Ride quality didn’t change too much from stock. I like it and don’t have any issues. Only thing I wish I would do is pop them out just a bit more but then they would rub.
