Wheel and Tire Question?

I'm not to familiar with the sizings of wheels and tires, and I'd like some help before I totally screw up my order! I'm gonna get 35" General Grabbers and 18" Method Race NV's! How wide do I need to go on the wheel and the tire? This is about how wide I want them to go outside the fender! Any recommendations will be accepted!

18x8.5 methods with 0 offset.
35x12.5-18 grabbers

This will put them about 1/4-1/2 inch past the very edge of the flare. With the stock bfg it would be considered a flush setup, my outer edge of the tread was flush with the flare only leaving the sidewall bumping out past to make it.... "legal"
