What's with the All Season Tires

I live in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area. I've seen two Gen 2 Raps with all season radials, why?

At least get a road tire in 315/70/17. Won’t look so obvious.

Maybe we could give them the benefit of a doubt.... they just messed up their other 4 rims on an off-road adventure, and those are the temporary replacements until they get new rims... or Perhaps crime is high in the area and they came out to their Raptor on cinder blocks... had to do something in the interim...
