He was saying that you'll get more giggles per dollar out of suspension modifications than upping horsepower. And he's right.

Congratulations! Blue Flame IS the fastest color....
Suspension...rear bump stops and better springs to stop the wheel hop. The Raptor was bred to go fast in the rough; improving the suspension unleashes the beast. The 6.2? Plenty to play with stock.

Personally, I would upgrade the suspension before upgrading the hp. Even going to mid perch will improve the ride and reduce body roll as well as eliminating nose diving while braking. Enjoy the ride. :)

I just looking for a fun truck I can take off road for work and have some stuff fun with. But it's capable of doing everything a truck can do.

Traction bars would help, but they are better suited for a street vehicle. If you installed them on a Raptor, you would reduce the wheel travel which is one of the Raptors strengths.
