I tried to sell a set of black lug nuts but it says I have insufficient privileges. What do I need to do to earn the right to sell? (preferably nothing that the old fart would have in mind)

I think you'd be surprised how many people would be interested in that. That's pretty cheap for a set of 4wheels if someone wanted a second set for beating up offroading.
