Been trying out my new VisionX 4502's and one of them seems ****** up. I don't know if you can tell from the pic but I'm talking about the left side light.

I got them aimed center of mass but the intense part of the beam is at the bottom of the circle of light. Also that light jiggles around when I'm driving and I doube checked everything's tight.

Am I doing something wrong here?

Starting to think VisionX has shit for quality control.

(these are hood mounted)

The internals might be loose that could be why it's shaking that also could be why the beam is focused on the bottom of the light I'd send em back and get some light canons ;)

That driver's side light was in the box with the light that was shattered that I returned to Outlaw. I'm thinking it was damaged at the same time.

This sucks. Calling Outlaw in the morning.

Good luck with that. Wish they'd call me back so I could order some parts...

Your using HID bulbs right?
If so it might not be seated properly(the bulb), might be angled down and not true center.
I would check that and make sure it's true center.
You might need to twist it around possible to seat.

Thanks Ironman. Visually it looks centered but I may try to pop the front off and insure that it's seated all the way. I'll probably wait til tomorrow and talk with Outlaw to make sure I don't void my warranty by opening it up.

Did you get through to them? If not, did they return your phone call? Curious to see how this gets handled...

Bottom line, John- These are the only purchase I regret for my Raptor. I seriously can't believe some guys on here recommended these. You people have lost any credibility with me.

These 4502 HID's are like having two flashlights taped to my hood. They're about that useful. Unbelievable waste of money.

And yes, I did get the bulb seated correctly.
