When I do it on the ground it’s only to check I use a 1/2 drive 250 set at 150 with extension before and after the multiplier with a led meter . Not hard at all .  I would never do the initial torque with the wheel on and I put it under load to stop the flex & bounce. It’s never off just a habit , leaf springs usually need  a bump or two .</p></blockquote><p></p>
