I noticed most of my plastic trim parts had become sun faded. Hood vents included. After trying to figure out how best to make them look better, I landed on painting them. Ended up using Raptor liner. I like the textured look and the paint itself is really tough. Slowly been working my way around the truck with it, because it's on the expensive side (between $35 and $45 per can). If you do go with any kind of paint at all be sure to prep with a couple coats of adhesion promoter for the plastic parts.Talk me out of this. My hood vents are I guess soap stained. I was going to paint them the same color dark grey as the grille. Yay or Nay?
