It’s a red center stripe replacement, which according to the picture you posted is in need of replacement.

Also check the rim!!!! you should wire wheel, cooke, the wheel it self.... where it comes in contact with the rotor. build up on the Back of the rim will not allow the tire to run true.

Makes sense. I really need to start doing this stuff myself. No garage or flat spot at home doesn’t help. Lol.

That picture was from a while ago when I bought new ones to install. Had the originals rebuilt which if you remember this picture was taken with my shiny hub, lol.

LOL again Not what I am talking about. I am talking about the wheel....... You know the Thing with the TIRE on it. The hub of the wheel. (the thing with the TIRE on it) will oxidize and the rotor rust will build up on the Wheel (thing with the TIRE on it) It should be cleaned off with a wire brush/cookie down to the aluminum/ magnesium. so not to build up on the wheel (thing with the TIRE on it) The rotor... if not new should be cleaned also. no build up. if using New rotors you should clean the HUB of the truck to a smooth rust free condition. I hope this makes things clear. but Knowing @WNCHSTR96 probably just messing with me.

Well normally when you get a new part put on the vehicle is supposed to feel better correct?

Rotors and pads were put on.

-Now i feel like my tires are out of balance (the steering wheel shakes left and right)

-they still squeak(new and has been rainy so maybe why)

-heard some scraping noise under harder braking and on a right turn. (Possible sticking?)

Had this happen to my wife's Jeep Cherokee after Discount tire replaced the tires, they over tightened the lug bolts so tight it warped the rotors. Shook like it was going to fall apart on the highway. Had to replace not only the rotors but replace the lug bolts with solid lugs as well as they spun the crappy stock capped lugs.
