People covering their plates do it out of habit, they are so used to covering their girlfriends and wife's face in their **** video's that they do it to their truck and cars too!

Just curious why Americans are so concerned about others seeing your licence plates? I've never understood that. We don't hide our plates up here. Does the dmv give out your personal info down there?
