I dont know what the plastic is around the shocks. Also the wire thing was laying in the storage box under the seat. The misc package with the part number appears to be a key of some sort? Comments?

Take the plastic off of the shocks, that was there to protect them in shipping, the dealership that did the PDI should of taken the plastic off.
