Weird funnel looking thing

So this was above the spare tire below the bed. It was giggling around up there so I pulled it out. Any idea what it is? Is it a guide to lower the spare? Only guess if so I probably should have left it alone

you need it if you're hauling an external gas tank and need to fill up the tank.

Lol there are holes in it I’m thinking it’s a jack handle guide for the cable but that would require reading the manual if it’s even mentioned

It's the "guide" to lower the spare tire. Looks similar to the fuel filler funnel.

Also noticed the safety tether if u will was smacking the bottom of the bed. Yarded it down maybe one less noise

Ordered beadlocks for a reason . I may reinstall or I may leave under the backseat til I hopefully never need it
