Have a 2019 w a leak in the passenger side floor
Dealer says it’s a weld break in the body that they haven’t been able to find. they say they have seen this issue before in other units once before
Anybody out there have the same issue?

Had a 19 with the same problem. Water leaking in behind the windshield, running down the A pillar, ending up on passenger floor and then puddling in the rocker panel (under Ford Performance threshold). I was told a weld break was the root cause.

They haven't been able to find it, but they know it is a weld break? That's some good troubleshooting there.

Have an '18 screw. Water on the passenger side floor and a sloshing sound after a rain. Dealer traced it to a leaking vent on the passenger side behind the seat. Had to move the bed to fix it. Look outside between the bed and cab and you'll see it.

I have a 2018 892a. I have the exact same issue but its on the driver side. The dealer found the crack on the roof body lines just above the windshield. When it rains it drips down my a pillar on the floor mats. Im taking mine in on Tuesday to get fixed at the dealership. They are going to send it to the body shop. Its apparently a common manufacturer defect.
