Exactly. That's a big no no. If they were clear lenses and blue LEDs then you could get away with it offroad. On road that's just asking to get pulled over.

Keep em in your console, then put em on at runs and events.

Yea I'll keep them inside the truck and put them on when off roading and stuff. As far as changing the color on the light, will it look different

Hmmm another set of Rigid having to be sent back! And how much did you pay for them?

I paid 280 for my dually D2 set. One of my lights build up water spots during hot weather. It's my third rigid set. I'm very pleased with the lights. Looks like this one had a minor problem.
