Had the truck in for IWE grumbling at 59,900 which is being covered under the 60K powertrain. I asked to check the exhaust rattle(had actually bought the replacement springs a while back to do myself) but figured what the heck, I've got PremiumCare ESP to 125K and the TSB stated it would be covered. They initially said it would be covered, but then called back and said because of my VIN, they had to pull up a different TSB P/N and now it wouldn't be covered. Guy even said they ran into this same scenario a week ago and had to eat the costs. Funny how Ford changes stuff in their favor. He said it would be $900. For that I'll just install the springs.</blockquote>
