With the positive displacement blower it does add a good bit of power. 25 to 70 rwhp can be seen from just the TB depending on the Blower and Pulley being used. Unlike a Turbo or Centrifugal SC where the air moving thru the TB is under boost the PD blowers are under vacuum at the TB so its the main restriction to getting air to the blower.

Completely forgot about VMP, and I read about them a lot back when I had a GT500.

Definitely my #1 option now if/when I go the Roush route

I am thinking this is the way to go.

VMP Roush SC

* VMP TVS 2.3L supercharger with 72mm supercharger bolt on pulley
* 47lb fuel injectors
* Intercooler
* Heat exchanger (dual Fan Triple pass)
* GK Iridium Spark plugs
* All hardware
* VMP Custom calibration made for your SCT tuner or HPT cable, includes datalog review and adjustment.

No Upgraded Throttle Body needed per Justin.

I think I am ready to finalize the price and see if I will be able to get this done.

Very nice. Did they say how long it'll take them to do the install~ roughly?

Very curious on how you like the whole experience from install to tune.

They estimate 12 hours to install, then dyno and calibrate everything. $1200

My local Ford dealer actually recommended them as they estimated 16 hours and that did not include a custom calibration.

Drive down on the 25th, got a room on the beach, drop off truck 8am on the 26st and pick up afternoon of the 27th. I will try to provide feedback and details. I have spent hours talking to them and preparing my brain for this and I think they are extremely knowledgeable and will surpass my expectations.

Their primary focus has been on the GT500 crowd and their race team but they have done quite a few Raptors.
