my ford pass app on my phone says updating vehicle software ,control unavailable for 10 min , it has said this for 2 days . I have a 2019 with the 3.4 update already

You may need to quit and close the app, then reconnect. If that doesn’t work delete and reinstall the app. Honestly, I would turn off the automatic updates. There is enough chatter on here about new sync releases you won’t need a pushed update.
