Scored a helluva deal on a set of new L84HD Deavers, too good to pass up. Down side, dude lost the U Bolts.

Local shop bends to customers needs but I don't know what dimensions to give them. Does anyone have specs for the U Bolts that come with the Deaver kits?

I have a new set out in the garage. The ones I have are for gen 1. The stock ones 1/2 inch Icon sent 5/8 with @Bozz new springs. I could measure them up if you would Like.

Technically they say that you should change u-bolts any time that they are removed and "re"-installed. I would order a fresh set anyhow, from Deaver or anyone who sells their springs. I wouldn't just get a set at a hardware store.

Agree whole heartedly on replacement after removal. Thank you for the order form link.

May not be apples to apples if the pack thickness and axle tube diameter are different but it couldn't hurt to at least get a ballpark figure.
Call Deavers, bet they can share info.
I'm sure they could share info, but I'm also sure including shipping costs they will be at least double what I'll pay my local shop to bend some up. I can't expect them to provide information on a product I don't intend on purchasing from them when I can support a local business at a better price. Not fair to Deaver either.

#4 This is an old stock U bolt to compare. 1/2 inch vs 5/8
