Hello All: Well as suggested, (and announced), I picked up my 2014 S.E. while at home and am now back up north at work again. 2100kms on it and I have read every inch of manuals and been adjusting the truck to get everything just right. Made a left turn off the Alaska Highway 4 days ago onto my access road to the rig and due to 8 foot snow banks and a really rough 75kms to rig...... stopped, engaged, off-road, 4 wheel, and traction control off...... and "tried it out"! WOW.... I AM IMPRESSED!. What a leap forward in off road capability. I had a grin like a "Fox Lickin Sh*t Off A Thistle". Unbelievable ride and stability. My H2SUT, 8 liter Avalanche, W-10 Touareg could only dream.......
You were right Raptorites, this is a great truck. The ride is amazing. I had the Ford store "mid-perch" her and put a back-flip cover and spray the box liner so now would like to try the five star treatment.
Thanks all for the good advice. forgot totally about my interest in the 2014 PowerWagon....NO comparison. Keep ya posted.
