Gen 2 with Full Race high mount intercooler. Swapped the stock BOV for a TurboSmart. As the weather started to cool down I’ve noticed the BOV stays open at cold start high idle. I can’t find a straight answer if this supposed to happen or not, and pending a response from TS support. Anyone know?

Also no other issues, everything else seems to work fine when driving and restarting after it’s warmed up.

Edit: Also have a 91 Stage 1 Cobb tune

It is supposed to be open on cold start until warm up completes you will hear it close after so many min. my 2014 tremor eco was really noticeable . I think it has to do with turbo impellers getting up to speed in cold weather .
