Start with getting rid of the MSD Coils. I had issues with mine on a blower truck. Went back to OEM and no issue.
Check all of the body grounds..there are a ton of them.
Clean a dielectric grease the grounds on body, there are several on the rad support behind each headlight, a big one from frame to body under passenger side floor. There are also grounds in each lower kick panel and the BCM.
Make sure none of the fuses in the power distribution box are shorting. (Fuse 27) that can feed interference into the Can-Bus system.
Worst case you may need to locate a refurbished ECU that is set up for your VIN..but until you know there are no shorts, dont plug it in.
