I am slightly dissapointed with the sony system. Considering I did a full install in my 11 fx4. with BA conponents and coax with 4 channel amp. I thought I would have more fine tunning options on the sony system instead of just bass high and mid.

Has any one addes an eq to inprove sound quality. I would like a little louder and crisper mostly crisper sounding system.

The stock nav system is that also a sony headunit. What navigation software is being used.

I was hopeing not to do a major install. I pulled my BA (boston acoustics) from my 11 and still have it. Which was a pretty decent setup.

ya theres not much you can do with the factory setup you'll be better of putting the BA in you know you wont be happy till you do.

wow, you are only slighty disappointed with the oem system? i can stand the damn setup. but for the 13s that would mean losing my heated seats, which my wife has learned to love.

unfortuntely because the amp is also the crossover, there is not much you can do without doing a full install. a speaker replacement is going to be your best option at this point. if you decide to do a complete overhaul, you can do whatever you want and still retain your oem head unit (not that we want to)

Im going to dwell on it a bit more. I just wanted to see if there was any other option besides replacing the entire speaker system. Thanks
