Tune issues

I just purchased a used 2012 and I believe it had a tune of some sort but I don't know and neither does the dealer that I purchased from. I too have this same shift issue when I romp on the pedal. Is there a way to find out if you have a tune? I need to bring it to a tuning shop for this I Assume? Under normal driving it shifts fine but when under full throttle I get a shimmy from 1-2 or 2-3 can't fully tell. But after typing this I Wana say it's from 1-2 that I notice it and it's fine after that.

but it has headers and a custom exhaust. I'm afraid w the stock flash it'll throw codes.

that's correct its @NickPic83 old truck. I have been in touch w him and Chris from Freedom. I will get it sorted out and thanks for the response guys.
