When I bought my 2018 801a Raptor for $60k I could’ve bought a TRX w/ nicer interior/more options for $79kNow ram makes a TRX light w/ the RHO that has more power than a 3.5 Raptor & you can’t tune the gen3s so that argument/option to just tune & exceed the competitions power is irrelevant.Ford tops Ram w/ the R for a short time but jacked the prices up allowing Ram to come back to market w/ a new V8 TRX that’s (presumably) going to be even crazier than the outgoing TRX or the R, while also offering (on paper) a more enticing package than the 3.5 Raptor in the RHO & undercuts the price substantially.I wonder if Toyota will step up their TRD offerings & who knows…GM may grow a pair & stick that blown 6.2 into a ZR2(3?)
