Was reading info this morning about hidden features of the F150's computer.

For example the ones I saw were transport mode which is when the vehicle is in transit, and engineering mode which displays info about the truck on the middle screen, which is not otherwise available to the driver.......

Does anyone know how these secret features work and how to perform them?

If you have navigation you can hold 6+5 preset buttons on startup to view DTC's and a bunch of other stuff. On my 2010 all I had to do was hold the reset button for engineering more on the dash, not sure how to do it with the LCD display in my 2012.

i was wondering about the offroad mode where it shows the degrees when on a hill, incline and decent. When going up a fairly steep hill (for Nebraska) it shows only 2 degrees. This surely can't correspond to an actual angle, it seems much steeper than 2 degrees. What does it correspond too, the grade?

If you turn the key to the last click before start-up and turn the Hazards on and off 3 times in 5 sec, you will put the TPS wheel sensors in learn mode in order to reset if you do a wheel swap.
