I went through all the fuses and relays related to towing. They are all there. Unless I test the relays if I knew how. I may try a switch relays

There weren't any missing except for
#21 and 9 which have to do with the trailer tow battery charger. Which I didn't think had anything to do with my problem. I could be wrong.
Unless the relays are bad they are all there

here, on frf
in your glove compartment ther is a package with a fuse and a relay. the dealer will not put those in for you. they must be inserted in the proper place to have your lights work.

In any particular spot? I looked in the owners manual and and all the fuses I had to do with trailer lights in the break or all installed so unless there's a spot where it doesn't show on the owners manual then I don't know where it is
My truck is a 2010 and I think I'm the third owner

Swaped relay 38 and37 with 39 which is the upfitter relay and all was good. swapped out new 20 amp fuses and they were good. went home on lunch test of the plug and the plug on the truck tested it was working so I hooked the trailer up to it and all of the lights work now. must have been a bad fuse or relay connection or a gremlin.
